General terms for using The Slow Resorts Limited website and submitting inquiries.
Bookings and payments
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability. A stay is confirmed only after we approve dates, send written confirmation, and receive any required deposit. Payment terms are shared in your confirmation email.
Guest conduct
We expect respectful behaviour toward staff, other guests, and the environment. We may refuse service or end a stay without refund if conduct threatens safety, property, or the experience of others.
Liability
Guests participate in river, pool, and outdoor activities at their own risk. We maintain property safety standards but are not liable for loss or injury beyond limits permitted under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance. Resort-specific cancellation rules appear on the Slow Deck policies page and in booking confirmations.
